Most of you but maybe not all of you know that I went to Columbus College of Art and Design for college. I knew I wanted to go there ever since I had done a summer art class in 7th grade..the idea that I could actually get a degree in art seemed like a dream to me, it has been my passion since before I can remember. Creating is just in my blood, if you don't believe me, check out my early Mother's Day cards :) Although my college experience wasn't easy, I know that I am better for having it and I met some amazing people along the way, namely, my best friend Meghan whose wedding I just shot and my poetry teacher and now friend (and also September bride) Sophia... If there was anything I learned in college, it was that it was more than a degree, it was about learning how to learn from the people around me and enjoying their differences. Anyway, enough of my ramblings, I wanted to share the event that Meghan worked on as part of CCAD's recruitment event: Visual Arts Information Day-Serious Fun, filled with lots of great information on the school and the majors they offer.
